faith is a really funny thing…

once you have it once, it seems like it’s been there forever and you never forget.

the first time you rode a bike, it was difficult to have faith that the bike would continue to stay up…  but, once you had the faith to trust in the bike, you never have reason to doubt it again.  it works, and you don’t care why anymore.

I feel like having faith in the Lord is a bit like that.  that first time that you decide you want to trust God with your life is a little wild and unsettling.  But, once you do, every time thereafter is so much easier.  just like with the bicycle, you might not know why it works, but you just KNOW you can trust it.
